Joseph has a broad range of skills, though his focus is on Feldenkrais, Coaching & Insomnia Solutions.

He loves helping people to develop their true potential.

Joseph has 12 years of hands-on and teaching experience and had the opportunity to help visual & performing artists, and athletes to improve their performance, overcome injury and creative blocks.

He has worked with people who suffer from chronic pain, MS, insomnia, headaches, whiplash, muscle injuries, mva's, stroke, paralysis, cancer, injury and its rehab. People who suffer from low self-esteem, relationship problems, sexuality issues, addiction, depression; those who feel stuck, and those who seek for ways to unlock their potential.

    - Certified as Sleep Teacher 2007
    - Certified as Feldenkrais Teacher 2000 (Feldenkrais Guild Member)
    - Studied Massage Therapy at CCMH Toronto, ON 1998 - 1999
   and worked over five years as a Massage Therapist and Feldenkrais Teacher in
   San Francisco before I moved permanently to Vancouver in 2001.
    - Cranio-Sacral Therapy 1 through the Upledger Institute 1998

He coaches by phone and in person. He teaches Feldenkrais, Insomnia SolutionsTM and Autogenic Training in private and public settings.
Since his certification as a Feldenkrais Teacher in 2000 the method has became more and more the core of all his treatments and integral part of his daily life.
He provides since 2006 crisis support as a volunteer at the Vancouver Crisis Centre.

Meditation, coaching, Feldenkrais, Tai-Chi and Autogenic Training are since over 20 years part of his daily routine. He has over 20 years martial arts history and has trained all over the world.
He is an active runner and has run competetive. He is experienced in white water kajaking.
